What are One Wear® designs?

You’ll be pleased to know that many of our pieces are actually designed to be enjoyed bra-free, and we affectionately call them One Wear®. Why? Because it’s not just an inner or outer garment, but one apparel serving a dual purpose (literally one wear!).

Every style is carefully conceived with both beautiful aesthetics and wearer practicality in mind, featuring elements such as soft built-in padded cups, elastic underbusts and adjustable straps that allow you a more secure and customised fit. Read more about our One Wear® designs here.

Where are you based?

Are the items in my cart held?

FLAIR® By Tori does not hold any items in your cart. If you have added an item to your cart, there is an opportunity for other customers to check out with this product before you do.

I haven't received an order confirmation.

If you have not received your order confirmation, it may be because your order hasn’t been processed yet. Sometimes the order confirmation can end up in the junk folder too. If you haven’t received it within 24hrs, please reach out to us so that we can see what may have happened.

Can I amend my order after payment & confirmation?

When orders come in, we work speedily with our fulfillment partners to get the items picked, packed and delivered to you as soon as possible. As such, we are unable to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed online. We encourage you to kindly review your items prior to checking out to make sure they’re definitely what you’re after.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed on our website. Please get in touch with us for further information.

How can I track my order?

When your parcel is dispatched from our global fulfilment warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking link. If you have registered for an account on our website, you may also log into your account to view and track your current orders.

What are the payment options available?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Stripe Payments Gateway. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards for security and compliance, and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world, providing both us as the merchant and you as our valued customer with a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

We offer a host of global courier options to cater to your individual preferences. You may view our live rates, shipping options and timings at checkout.

Do I need to pay taxes/VAT for my order?

With international shipments, one should always be prepared for customs duties to be added. It depends on the total amount of your order and your country’s limit values. All FLAIR® By Tori items are shipped from our global fulfilment warehouse in Singapore. For your ease of reference, the possible duties and taxes for your respective destination (if any) will be automatically reflected at checkout. Do note that some freight companies may also charge an additional handling and clearance fee as well.

We certainly want your order and shipping experience to be as seamless as possible, so we endeavour to provide you with the information upfront to enable you to make an informed decision. Do kindly note that a return fee of SGD25 (approx. AUD25 / USD19) will be deducted from your payment if you choose to decline your delivery.


What is your return policy?

Our bodies are all different and we understand that sometimes you may not find the right size or fit on the first try, or maybe the item you chose just didn’t work out for you. We completely get it and you are more than welcome to send back any regular priced items you purchased within ten (10) calendar days from the date you received them for a full refund in store credit or your original method of payment. 

You can of course try on the pieces, it is after all the best way to know if they fit well or not and if you like the style. But please make sure you don’t actually wear them. The item should be returned in the same condition you received them, with their tags attached, no dirt / deodorant stains and unwashed.

If you wish to exchange, please return your FLAIR® By Tori items for a refund and place a new order through our online store.

We understand everyone loves a good bargain, but please note that the standard return policy does not apply on any sale pieces or pieces purchased under promotional prices or deals. All sale and promotional items are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Sizing & Care

How do I determine the best size to get?

Every garment has its own peculiarities and material characteristics, so while we endeavour to construct all styles as true to size, please allow for a slight variances depending on the specific cut or material. You may view the product page for the individual style and fit notes, and refer to our collection size guide for an overall body measurement reference when choosing your ideal size. 

How do I take care of my FLAIR® By Tori items?

We’re passionate about inspiring a better culture of care for your garments so that you can extend the life of your fashion investments and do our part to help the environment. We take the ‘wash less, wash cool and be gentle’ mantra, which lightens your laundry load, literally.

While throwing your FLAIR® wear into the machine is a tempting notion, we strongly advise against it, and instead highly recommended to lightly handwash them in cold water and lay flat to dry. Don’t over-wash unnecessarily. When needed, consider refreshing simply by airing or spot cleaning to extend your washing cycles. You can find more information about our Garment Care guide here.
